Driving Lesson Review
Each driving lesson includes a 5-minute review, either before or after the lesson, depending on its duration.
Driver’s License Requirement
Students must carry their original driver’s license with them for every lesson, regardless of the class. Failure to present the original license will result in lesson cancellation, and the lesson will not be rescheduled. The student will be responsible for the full cost of the lesson.
Late or No Show Policy
Payment Policy
Online Booking Confirmation
Payment for online bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours.
Instructor Late Policy
If the instructor is delayed due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., traffic), the full lesson time will still be provided.
Additional Passenger Fee
A $25 surcharge will apply for each additional passenger accompanying the student during the lesson.
Crash During Road Test
If the student causes a crash during the road test, they will be responsible for paying the $300 deductible.
Car Rental for Non-Students
If a client requests a car rental and is not a student of GoGreen Driving School, a one-hour driving skills assessment will be required. This assessment will be charged at the regular hourly rate.
Free pickup and drop off
We offer student pick-up services based on the distance of your residence from our location. If your residence is outside our pick-up range, we can arrange to meet you at a SkyTrain station or another convenient common location for your driving lessons. Please call us for details, and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for lessons that have already been completed.
For pricing plan purchased, any unused lessons will be refunded, with used lessons charged at the regular rate. The balance of the refund will be processed accordingly. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Driving School.
Cancellations
Lessons must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance to avoid being charged for the lesson. Cancellations must be made by phone. If the student does not show up for a scheduled lesson, they will be charged for the lesson.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid cancellation fees, lessons must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time. If a student cancels or misses a lesson within twenty-four (24) hours of the agreed time, the fee for that lesson will not be refunded.
Cancellation fees for lessons are as follows:
- For any lessons cancelled within 24 hours: Full Refund Provided
- Same-day cancellations will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the lesson.
